As the summer comes to close the scrub oak
and all the other species of plants begin to go into their change for winter. We
are on the edge of the fall season. I was blessed one day to encounter a group
of very dandy bucks. They all happened to be in velvet. I had skirted an arroyo
to scout for these bucks after I had captured a couple of frames earlier of
them; they pulled the slip on me. After slowly moving in a circle I managed to
reconnect with them, they were bedding down and feeding. It was a fantastic
moment in my life because I know that this kind of thing just does not happed
that often. As a matter of fact it had been 7 years since I had seen this type
of shot. I was just in awe to have a chance to capture the bucks in this thick
cover and also the fact that I was lucky enough to have caught them in –
“Early Fall” Hope you enjoy this one!
